The entire floor was scattered with toys and pillows, one of which supported the child's head as she watched cartoons. It seemed that she was the epicenter of this particular disaster area, but also the calm of the storm. Currently, her eyes were glued to the TV, a small, juice-filled bottle occupying her hands and mouth, the only movements were her feet kicking up in the air every couple minutes.
Behind her, sitting at the desk, Morgan was pouring over a stack of papers silently. Every so often, she would look over at the child on the floor and smi

Skid was living in the house with her for the time being, until they had the resources to build the apartments she had planned to put on the property. He had spent a few weeks in the barn until Morgan for Roz to convince him to at least sleep on their couch. The duo were working on getting him into a room, but for now he was no doubt relaxing on the couch, half-watching some mindless TV show while he thought things over. I'm switching back to my old account and deactivating this one. I never get on here anymore, and I'm thinking I'm just going to go back to doing photomanipulations. If you want to follow me, check out Azende (https://www.deviantart.com/azende). Thanks for all the support and everything! I will start watching a bunch of the people I watch on here on the new/old account here shortly. :)

Just an update. I'm still alive, I've just been swamped with life lately and haven't had time to myself, but now that I'm settling in to my new life (yay!) I'm getting better at managing my time, so hopefully I'll get back to doing art and here
UPDATE:: So, I'm giving myself until the 7th to come back. The painkillers I was on after the surgery completely knocked me out, so I've been doing a lot of sleeping and not much else. Thankfully, I'm able to not take them anymore, but I am still pretty sore. But, this week I have to take care of some stuff that keeps getting messed up, get my stitches out, and help out my friend with the puppy he is getting on Saturday. (Yes, this is the friend who has decided to take up more of my time. Nearly every waking minute of last weekend was spent somewhere with him, but that's not saying much since I slept for roughly 18 hours Saturday lol) And nex
